§.1 General provisions
The data administrator is Ajmer Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Radom, Polna St. 30/32, 26-600 Radom, NIP: 7963025517, REGON: 527954071.
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term ‘User’ has been replaced by ‘you’, ‘Administrator’ by ‘us’. The term ‘RODO’ means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security. Among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used for this purpose.
The personal data you provide in the form on the website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.
§2 Data controller
The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
The service provider is also the controller of persons subscribed to the newsletter.
Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with data protection legislation,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, shaping of the content of the Agreement, modification or termination thereof and proper performance of the Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you if you have subscribed to the newsletter,
Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
The Service Provider shall have the right to make your personal data and other data of yours available to entities authorised under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or raising a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorised under the relevant legislation.
We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have implemented access control to minimise the consequences of a possible breach of data security.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.
§3 Cookies
The website www.ajmer.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters only allow the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
The information collected relates to the IP address, the type of browser used, the language, the type of operating system, the internet service provider, the time and date information, the location and the information sent to the website via the contact form.
The data collected is used to monitor and review how users use our sites in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site.
Cookies identify the user so that the content of the site they are using is tailored to their needs. By remembering your preferences, it makes it possible to tailor targeted advertising to you. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience on our website, and the data collected is only used internally by Ajmer to optimise operations.

Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, is only collected where the user has explicitly consented to this by filling in the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform the respective function.
